Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon receiving and processing a valid deletion request, the following data will be permanently deleted or anonymized so it can no longer be linked to the user:
- Account information (such as email address and identifiers)
- Contact details associated with the account
- Messages and conversation history
- Customer data related to conversations
- Any data generated through use of the application

The data deletion request applies to all messages and data exchanged through communication channels connected to the user’s account, including but not limited to:

- Live Chat
- Any other channels enabled within Karzoun Chat
Processing Time
Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days from the date the request is received.
Users will be notified once the deletion process has been completed.
